Diaphragm Direct's radial-style diaphragms are designed to meet the rigorous hygienic requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry. These radial-style replacement diaphragms’ design and construction assures that critical sealing is achieved while minimizing contamination. Our radial-style diaphragms are made from FDA and USP Class VI conforming elastomer materials like ethylene propylene diene monomer (peroxide cured) and platinum-cured silicone. These diaphragms are engineered and tested at our in-house laboratory and third-party tested at The Bioprocess Institute. They comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements and are tested in accordance with ISO 10993 and USP Class VI. All diaphragms are fully batch traceable.
