Elastomer Diaphragms: Generally used in a wide range of applications. Elastomer diaphragms are available in various materials to suite specific process requirements.

  • Chloroprene Rubber Neoprene (CR):
    • General purpose elastomer
    • Good corrosion resistance
    • Resistance to fats, oils, and grease
    • Temperature range: -20°F to 212°F
    • Sizes range: From ½" to 6"
    • Size type: DN8-DN150
    • Grade: CR
  • NBR Nitrile Butadiene (Buna-N Rubber):
    • Resistant to oils, fats, paraffin, and fuel oils
    • Temperature range: -20°F to 212°F

  • Natural Rubber (NR):
    • Suitable for applications involving alkalis, dilute acids, and abrasive slurries

PTFE Diaphragms: Often found in a wide range of challenging applications. Known for its excellent resistance to chemicals and elevated temperatures, PTFE diaphragms can be an excellent choice for WFI, steam applications, solvents, chemicals, dyes, and paints, etc. PTFE diaphragms can be bonded, laminated or designed as two piece units.
